Bookings & cancellations.

Please note permanent bookings require 14 days notice of change or cancellation.

Any absence within the 14-day notification window will be charged at full rate (this includes illness). Additionally, any absence without notification will incur an additional $10 no-notification fee.

Children who arrive at DBOOSH without a booking will incur a $10 no-notification fee in addition to the daily fee, if we are able to accommodate. If we are unable to accomodate due to staffing ratios, parents will be contacted to collect their child.

Please note, all casual bookings, booking cancellations and absence notifications are to be notified using the Xplor Home app. Communication with DBOOSH staff in person, via telephone or email is not sufficient to make or cancel bookings.
