Please be aware this information is for families wishing to re-enrol their child or children into DBOOSH for 2022.
Please take the time to read through the information below to learn more about the process regarding 2022 Re-Enrolments.
If your child or children already attends Double Bay Outside Of School Hours (DBOOSH) and you wish to register to receive the re-enrolment form, please click the link below to complete our online registry form.
Step 1: Re-Enrolment Registry
This registry form is NOT the re-enrollment, it simply expresses your interest in receiving a re-enrolment form. The re-enrolment form will then be sent to the primary carer listed on your child’s or children’s Xplor account.
Families can locate the registration form on our website at dboosh.org under the heading ‘Enrolment Forms’ and ‘2022 Re-Enrolment Registry’. Upon clicking this link, you will then need to complete this short form to indicate your expression of interest to re-enrol your child or children.
Step 2: Re-Enrolment Form
Once step one has been completed, a re-enrolment form will then be sent to the email of the primary carer. Prior to receiving this email, we encourage all families to check their primary carers details to ensure they are all up to date.
We kindly ask all families to allow for a 48 hour period for the email to reach the primary carer’s inbox. Should you not receive any correspondence within this time frame, please contact us immediately.
Step 3: Booking Confirmation
In completing the re-enrolment form, please be aware that your requested care requirements indicated in the form will not be finalised until a confirmation email has been sent.
We will endeavour to provide all families with a booking confirmation as soon as possible. However we kindly ask that all families allow for a fortnight in between submitting the form and receiving a confirmation email.
